Healthify is…

A family medicine company

Healthify is a mobile healthcare clinic located in St. George, Utah. Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality health care in a comfortable setting like your home. We pride ourselves on the services we offer and our customized treatment plans made for you. We emphasize shared decision-making with you, our patient, as you play the most critical role in your health and well-being.

We follow evidence-based care, always up-to-date. Our commitment is to provide all patients with the most effective, research-backed healthcare treatments and services. We even get sick occasionally, so we appreciate compassionate, helpful care.

Our healthcare professionals are board-certified family nurse practitioners focused on quality, timely patient care. We firmly believe that comprehensive, preventive care is the best avenue for our patients to continue being happy and healthy. We adhere to evidence-based practice and follow USPSTF prevention recommendations.

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force is an independent, volunteer panel of national experts in disease prevention and evidence-based medicine.

Our five guiding principles are:

  1. We believe our focus should be on preventing disease rather than treating it.

  2. We utilize pharmacogenetic testing to understand better which medications work best for you.

  3. We encourage a joint approach to managing acute and chronic conditions.

  4. It is important to feel well - emotionally, mentally, and physically.

  5. We don’t pretend to have all the answers. We utilize a network of specialists and aren’t afraid to refer to them when appropriate.

Health Trifecta

According to the CDC, a focus on Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Mental Health yields healthier, happier people.

  • Physical Activity: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week to reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

  • Nutrition: The American diet is often high in calories, saturated fats, and added sugars, which can contribute to obesity, heart disease, and other chronic illnesses. To improve your health, it is encouraged to adopt a balanced, nutrient-dense diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats.

  • Mental Health: Mental health is just as important as physical health. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, approximately 1 in 5 adults in the United States experience mental illness yearly. Prioritize your mental health by practicing self-care, seeking professional help when needed, and reducing stress through mindfulness, meditation, or other relaxation techniques.
